It was meant to be a wee jaunt to Millport, but there were too many folk, and we’re all misanthropic, at best.
It was a simple plan, and we fucked it up. In our defence though Graham had a new bike and we did take a trip to a cracking burger van that just happened to be in the car park of MCS in Kilmarnock – I saw a very nice XSR-900 there that has got me thinking… Anyway – safety, skills, then speed. That said, new gear doesn’t hurt… Soon, perhaps.

We made our way around the coast to Largs, but found that there were too many folk, and it was a bit blowy so we decided against the ferry trip to Millport as we can head over later in the year – so thats something for later on!
We carried on round the coast but went back to Glasgow where I was introduced to SWG3 in the city, and it’s somewhat unique décor – it’s seriously impressive and if you’re in the area head over and take a look around as it’s changed often I’m told.

A couple of new roads were ridden, but all in all it was an enjoyable day in the saddle.
